PURCHASE IN GF COMPANY SHOP CAN BE CARRIED OUT EVEN WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED OUR SELF-SERVICE SHOP IS DETERMINED FOR ANY CONSUMER AND ALSO FOR PROFESSIONAL DISTRIBUTION IN CASE OF WHICH DISTRIBUTION DISCOUNTS FROM THE GIVEN PRICES CAN BE AGREED UPON. PAYMENT POSSIBILITIES IN GF INTERNET SHOP: 1) Bank transfer: you can pay from any bank by means of a bank transfer. If you choose this payment possibility, wait until our trader confirms your order and sends the bank account you can pay into. Give always the order number as a variable symbol.
2) Česká pošta postal order: another possibility is to effect the payment by means of a postal order. This procedure is the same as in case of bank transfer. After you receive the account number, complete the postal order and give the order number as a variable symbol. 3) Bank cards payments: You can pay the goods through the payment gate Global Payment Europe, by card on account. We accept payments from the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. 4) PayPal: we are able to accept payment through PayPal payment system. The procedure is the same as for payment by card. 5) Western Union: if you choose this payment possibility, wait until our trader confirms your order, lets you know the name of the country and worker and the total amount to be paid. With respect to the product feature the advance amounting to 100% is required in all cases. GF does not dispose of storage facilities. In order to be able to place your order into production, the advance payment is necessary in all cases of payment for goods. GF does not dispose of stock. We produce goods in an individual way and made-to-measure or by request of each customer. No doubt the advantage of purchasing straight from the producer is the price, design originality and quality assurance. Production and transport time requires the customer's patience and planned purchase ahead of time. 1. GENERAL AGREEMENTS : By placing a binding order the buyer confirms accepting GF Business Conditions for delivery of goods declared by the seller. Relations between the buyer and the seller follow these GF Business Conditions binding for both the parties, if not otherwise expressly stated in the contract in writing.
2. CONTRACT SUBJECT – ORDERING GOODS : We are offering you a possibility to purchase straight from your home. You can do your shopping non-stop. You can order in a simple and comfortable way by means of a shopping basket. The same can be done also by phone, e-mail, or sending a letter to our address. The contract subject is only items (goods) expressly mentioned in a purchase contract - order. Weights, dimensions, capacity, price and similar data included in websites and possibly in seller's other materials are informative, not binding data, unless they were expressly mentioned as binding ones in the contract. The condition for an electronic order fulfilment coming into force is completing all the data and requisites prescribed and required in the form. At the same time the order is also the draft of purchase contract, when finally the purchase contract itself comes into being after the goods delivery. GF company undertakes to deliver buyers perfect goods in compliance with their specification or characteristics standard for the given articles, that is latex masks, satisfying standards, regulations and decrees valid in the Czech Republic territory, vested with the Czech operator's manual.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION :
The order is accepted within 48 hours. The order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. You will also be informed by e-mail about sending the goods off. We will contact you in case of uncertainty. The formal contract confirmation by the buyer is not required for the purchase contract completion. Then the contract comes into being after the goods delivery. According to the business feature (goods quantity, price amount, transport costs and the like) the seller is always authorized to ask the buyer for the order authorization in writing. If the buyer refuses to authorize this order in the required way, the order is considered invalid.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION : You can cancel every order within 24 hours, namely by phone or e-mail and without giving any reason. You have only to give your name, e-mail and ordered goods description.
In case of the order payment and its subsequent cancellation we reserve the right not to send back the bank fees and Pay Pal company fees for the money transfer from the credit card amounting to 3-5% of the total amount paid.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT : The seller reserves the right of printing errors including the translation ( contrary to the valid Czech version ) and price changes, in case of exchange rates change, considerable inflation increase or considerable delivery terms changes. The purchase price shall be considered paid only after all the purchase price for an individual delivery part is put down to the seller's current account. The invoice made out on the basis of the purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is a tax document as well. The transport costs and in case of the EU countries - 20% VAT are added to the goods price.
VAT Law Head III § 9 art.1 letter a) The taxable fulfilment is considered executed in case of goods sale according to the purchase contract on the delivery date, in other cases on the date of the goods acceptance or payment, namely on the day which occurs earlier unless otherwise set by this law. "Goods delivery date" according to the Commercial Code: Head II, section 2, § 412 art. 1 If the seller is not obliged, according to the contract, to deliver goods in the given place, the goods delivery is effected at the moment of their handing over to the first carrier to be transported to the buyer, if the contract stipulates the goods dispatch by the seller.
6. POSTAGE AND PACKING : The postage can be chosen according to the orientation table in the order form. There are three types of transport available: Česká pošta, GLS and General Parcel transportation companies Products packing is included in their price. The goods are sent automatically in standard, discrete packages - without advertising the goods being sent. GF company does not bill packing charges to its clients.
7. DELIVERY TIME The production is not made-to-stock. General delivery time for consumer order is 2 - 21 days according to the order feature. GF company guarantees an immediate placing of order into production and its immediate sending off. Your order preference can be arranged, if your requirement is realizable within our powers. We will inform you about the exact date according to the quantity, distance etc. on your written request only. In case of planned action it is safer to place an order ahead of time. GF cannot influence transport times of transportation companies and posts. You will receive GF goods in the form of consignment.
8. CARRIAGE CONDITIONS The buyer is obliged to accept the goods from the carrier in due form, to check intactness of packing, number of parcels and in case of any defects to record them in the carrier's shipping document and to inform the seller to

9. RETURN OF GOODS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT The consumer has right to cancel the order sent out or to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the goods acceptance according to the valid § 53, art. 7 of the Commercial Code, if the contract was concluded via communication means at a distance (via internet). This right is not determined primarily for solving goods return. This period of time is determined for the consumers to be able to familiarize themselves with the purchased goods properties and cannot be taken as the right to the goods borrowing. If the goods delivered show an evident defect, we apologize in advance and ask the buying client to proceed according to the complaint regulations. ( a photo can be sent beforehand ) The withdrawal from a contract becomes effective after its delivery within the statutory term. If the buyer decides like this, his will manifestation related to the withdrawal from the contract must be delivered to the seller by 14th day since the thing acceptance at the latest. We recommend doing this in written form ensuring in particular provability of the legal act cancelling the contract. We recommend insuring the goods being returned. After the goods physical receipt and check and on complying with legal conditions for the withdrawal from the contract the buyer will be issued and sent the credit note with the amount corresponding to the goods purchase price, reduced only by the seller's really expended costs expended connected with the goods return. The buyer will sign the credit note according to VAT law and send it back to the buyer. On the basis of the signed credit note the consumer will be refunded the amount for the goods to his account within 30 days since delivering the withdrawal from the contract at the latest. The paid purchase price is refunded. Transport costs as well as the bank fees, PayPal company fees and the like are not refunded. The seller has right to compensation of all the really exerted costs related to the goods return.
Conditions for the possibility of goods return : goods must be returned back complete and in their original state, including original packing and with all accessories. neither goods nor packing may be damaged ( except the packing common damage caused by taking out the wrapped goods ) goods must not show signs of wear and use ( worn mask is conclusively damaged for hygienic reasons )
If the mentioned conditions are not complied with, the seller can put in claims towards the consumer resulting from his groundless enrichment consisting in the returned goods devaluation. We ask our clients not to send the goods back cash on delivery. The consignment will be refused. In case of default for the withdrawal from the contract, the withdrawal from the contract is invalid and hereby the buyer does not have rights to return the goods. The buyer cannot withdraw from the purchase contract in the following cases : providing related services, if their fulfilment started, by the buyer's approval, before the expiration of 14 days since the goods acceptance delivery of goods and related services whose price depends on the financial market deviations independently of the seller's will delivery of goods adjusted individually at the buyer's request, as well as the goods going bad, rearing away or becoming obsolete quickly ( the mask service life is limited, see the chapter "Information on products" ) delivery of audio a video recordings and computer programmes, if the buyer damaged their original package delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines consisting in a possible play within a commercial campaign and the like.
10. COMPLAINT AND GUARANTEE After accepting the goods, the buyer is obliged to inspect them to find out possible defects and damage. The buyer is obliged to inform our company about possible defects without delay. It is necessary to report immediately quantity differences of types in writing after the goods acceptance. Comments made later will not be respected. We cannot answer for defects or damage caused by the carrier if you accept the goods. We will settle possible claims to your satisfaction in an individual way and by agreement with you, according to the system rules and in compliance with the valid rule of law. The statutory term of 24 months is applied to all the goods. The guarantee covers only provable defects due to workmanship outside the deviations of manual production and product service life. The guarantee does not cover: a) defects or damage caused by common use
b) defects or damage because of improper use of product
c) defects or damage because of improper storage ! Please, study carefully the manual – „Information and instructions for users of elastic rubber Mask/Faces GF®“sent with the product and „Detailed information on products“ in our websites. You will find there also a number of pieces of advice and interesting things apart from important information. Complaint procedure: 1) Inform us about the claim by e-mail, fax or in writing by mail
2) Send the goods as a registered parcel to our address see contact
3) The consignment must contain the reason of your claim, your address / reasons can be sent beforehand including a photo / 4) Send the document of claimed goods acquisition in our shop We ask our clients not to send the goods back to be checked up and inspected cash on delivery. The consignment will be refused. The claim will be settled without delay, within 30 calendar days since the day of lodging a claim at the latest, unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller and the buyer. We will inform you about the claim state.

11. FINAL STIPULATIONS : These Business Conditions are valid in the wording given in the seller's website on the day of sending off the electronic order unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties in writing. By sending off the electronic order the buyer accepts, without reservation, all provisions of the Business Conditions in the wording valid on the day of sending off the order, as well as the price of the ordered goods on the day of sending off the order, including all the dispatch fees and transport costs mentioned in materials on the website, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in the particular case. 12. WARNING GF products are under copyright and industrial protection. Before using GF product aiming to a profit form, study carefully the chapter „COPYRIGHT“ ( GF website central page ). GF product price contains copyright and licence fees + consent authorizing the consumer to use the piece of work in personal, non-profit-making space. The settled purchase price authorizes professional business distributors to resell the product - piece of work, but it does not exempt them from their obligation related to the copyright and licence right. Concealing this fact from buyers, distributors expose themselves to criminal prosecution. Using the products outside the scope of personal use, or for business activities, can be arranged individually with GF company representatives ( reference to the form ). 13. GF COMPANY DECLARATION The seller undertakes neither to sell consigned data, nor to provide them to the third person, nor to use personal data in any other way for commercial offer. R e c o m m e n d a t i o n : If you want for your money the quality and service of a real original in comparison to frequent appearances of plagiarisms, parasitizing on Greyland Film® trademark - check the mask scruff before buying a product. The Greyland Film original always has Greyland Film® identification on the product. Appropriate supporting printed matters identical with the image on the GF websites form integral part of our original. Buying the original you can avoid your possible disappointment. .
